We only process refunds when:
You received a wrong item, a damaged item, or an item materially different from the product description.
You report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with photos or video evidence.
Once we verify the issue, we will issue a refund to the original payment method (or provide store credit if you prefer) within 3–7 business days.
Refunds will not be issued for normal wear-and-tear or for buyer’s remorse (unless otherwise agreed).
